Shipping and Delivery

Process orders placed within standard working hours. Orders submitted outside of these times will be processed on the next working day. The usual processing time (time before shipping) is two weeks. If your chosen size, color and design is already ready to be shipped, the processing time is about two days.
Shipping is free, regardless of where you like the product be shipped, how many item you purchased or how much money you spent.
Estimated standard shipping times are 5 -15 working-days for Canada and the US, and up to 21 for the rest of the world.
We usually send items with express shipping. Express shipping uses delivery courier and deliver items faster than standard shipping.

Please be advised that your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, holidays, or backlogs. In case your shipment has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will send you either a complete refund, or we send the item in the fastest way to you.

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on what you have ordered, and they may arrive in different time frames. When an item is shipped to you, we issue a tracking number for every single package/ item for free, plus you always have access to our customer service.

We need a physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9 am and 7 pm. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
Please provide a mobile phone number and/or an valid email so we can text or email you to confirm when your order has been sent and other tracking associated information with the order.

Please note that any possible local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

Please remember that you can only ship to one address per order. For multiple shipping address, you can make multiple orders and change the shipping address in your account for each order.

AlbaMarito is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please use your tracking number to find the carrier info., and contact them about your concerns. Also, consider the miss-address-delivery, and check with your neighbors, building manager, or leasing office in such a cases; specially if has happened something like this before.
